These Terms of Service govern your use of the NomadClouding LLC website and our professional consulting services.

1. Services

NomadClouding LLC provides IT consulting, DevOps, Kubernetes, cloud migration, and related professional services. All services are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NomadClouding LLC or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark laws.

4. Client Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in a SOW:

  • Work product created for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment
  • NomadClouding retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and skills gained during engagements
  • We may reference the engagement (not confidential details) in our portfolio

5. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month
  • Services may be suspended for accounts more than 60 days past due

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadClouding LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
